Our client is an established market leader in its industry and is looking to continue their development into new areas by appointing a Product Marketing Manager to look after development within niche Life Science sectors.

The Candidate:
We are looking to hear from degree qualified (or equivalent industry experience) Life Scientists (Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Immunology, Virology etc..) who have at least 2 years experience (ideally more) working in a Life Science Marketing position. A previous research lab based career would be highly advantageous. Candidates must be fluent in English and have excellent written & verbal communication skills. As this is covering a global market place, any additional language skills would be a distinct advantage.

Your Responsibilities:
To write a detailed marketing plan to target a New Business sector
Co-ordinate targeted marketing activities utilising the support of the Global Marketing team
Take control of Product Marketing ensuring the maximum impact of products within a highly competitive sector
Seek out customer feedback and constantly re-evaluate strategic positioning within the sector
Constantly review performance against targets
Manage all marketing campaigns either direct or via third party agencies
