Home Manager (Elderly)

PULSE is working with one of Kent’s leading providers of Elderly Care to find an experienced Home Manager to manage a well-appointed 45-bed home in South Kent. Unlike many care homes this one has no real issues, a good staff team, and requires a good manager to keep it going from strength to strength

You will be responsible for ensuring care is delivered by a dedicated and professional multi-disciplinary team committed to providing quality care focused on the needs of the residents. You will provide support and leadership to the Care Home staff, engendering a culture of customer focus and quality of service; establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders. You will have Elderly Care Home Management experience ideally, but strong management skills are most important

You will have a good understanding of the Care Standards Act, CQC requirements, a real interest in working with the Elderly, a nursing qualification, RMA qualification ideally but not essential, along with current NMC membership.
