Senior Nurse Manager (RMN)
£40,000
Surrey
We are looking for an experienced Senior Nurse Manager to oversee Nursing Services in the Hospital and provide supervisions, guidance and leadership to Clinical Nurse Managers
Applicants should have experience of both adult and adolescent services and have held a management position in a secure setting. .
The person must demonstrate good communication skills; have a working knowledge and understanding of CQC compliance and low secure standards; understand CQUIN requirements and have an ability to think strategically.
They must also be analytical in their approach of day-to-day management and have good administrative and IT skills
