A fantastic Child Care Centre on the Northern Beaches of Sydney is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join their committed team as room leader of the 3-4’s room. The centre is owner operated and has fantastic resources. As the room leader you will be a senior staff member in the service and will be running the room. You will also be responsible for ensuring that other staff keep up to date with their journals and the management of your team. You will be allocated a minimum of 5 hours programming time per week. You will be supported by two staff members who are employed full time to cover programming. The centre is close to a primary school and you can take the children to visit the school library on occasions. You may also be utilised as the certified supervisor. You are able to undertake any in-service training you would like and must undertake a minimum of 5 per year. The next course the staff will be undertaking is on Electronic Journaling.
