Nursing Unit Manager (Dementia)
£36,000 - £38,000

PULSE is working with a large Elderly Care Home in South West London to find an experienced Dementia Unit Manager to lead the nursing and care team in provision of person centred care for this 39 bedded unit based over two floors.

· You will be responsible for ensuring care is delivered by a dedicated and professional multi-disciplinary team committed to providing quality care focused on the needs of the residents.
· You will provide support and leadership to the Nursing staff and HCAs, engendering a culture of customer focus and quality of service.
· You will develop, deliver and evaluate dementia awareness training, ensuring the finest standards of care are maintained within a framework of evidence based practice.

You will be a registered nurse with strong dementia experience, have Elderly Care Home or Unit Management experience with a good understanding of CQC regulations
