A stunning child care centre in North Sydney is seeking an experienced child care assistant or certificate III trained child care professional to work with Diploma trained room leader. The centre is a renovated cottage designed to make the transition from home to care smoother. The colours through the centre are calming and soft, the furnishings adult like. You will be joining a committed team with a very low staff turnover, the shifts are 9 hour shifts and you will be paid 30mins over time each day with 1 rdo a month and 4 weeks annual leave. There are 8 children between you and your Diploma trained team member. The centre also has a full time floater to assist with covering RDO’s and Breaks. Professional development is offered and supported. The director is very approachable and open to new initiatives. Staff meetings are conducted one on one throughout the day to minimize and eliminate where possible after hours meetings.
To Apply for this position you must have a minimum of two years full time experience with the 0-2’s.
Job Requirements
- Certificate 3 in Child Care
- 2 years' experience in a similar role
