DIRECTOR (Early Childhood Teacher) - 6 month maternity position for amazing centre!
-Are you looking to extend your skills as an Early Childhood Teacher but not experienced in a previous Director role?
-Want to be supported by management with a handover, and a detailed Directors Handbook along the way?
-Looking for a small community based centre where you can take the next step?
With happy children, parents and staff, you know this 40 place centre is a lovely one. Staff describe the centre as a beautiful place to work, with some staff members being there for over 10 years, so are looking for the perfect fit. In your role you’ll be able to support children and staff in the daily routine and running of the centre, and simply pick up where the previous director has left off. You will be adaptable and take on the reigns of an already well established centre and office system, and continue with the provision of the Early Years Learning Framework. Although predominantly an office based role, there is an admin person who will assist you 3 days a week, and you will have the opportunity to fill in on the floor when an extra staff member is needed. And don’t worry about parking – there is plenty of spots available on site!
