Early Childhood Teacher required at a large centre in Pymble.



Supportive work environment, team orientated, professional development, emergent, allocated half day programming time, paid over time and time in lieu.



The position is in the 2-3’s room and has become available because of an increase in numbers. The centre is self caters for 0-5’s and is divided into three rooms with a large outdoor play area. The centre is extremely team orientated and all the staff get along and work together. The centre has a large support network and encourages professional development. There are a lot of special activities and days run at the centre such as crazy hair day, pyjama day and many culture days. The centres philosophy is very child and parents focused always keeping the parents informed and try to accommodate for their needs. The programs are structured, child focused and emergent. You have allocated programming time which is usually merged into a half day rather than an hour here or there. A current teacher at the centre has said that the benefits of working at the centre are “great staff, good team work, very supportive”. Over time and time in lieu are offered. The centre is easily accessed by public transport.
