URGENTLY REQUIRED - SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Cheshire
Position Type: Full-time
Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000
Minimum Qualifications:
- Dip. O.T./BSc.O.T.
- Health Professions Council Registration.
Qualifications/Experience:
- At least 5 years clinical experience.
- Proven track record in delivering effective discharge planning.
- Experience in team leading.
- Experience of client management at a senior level.
Skills:
- Excellent clinical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining effective links of communication among referrers, clients and all members of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Management and team building skills.
Description:
We want you to deliver, co-ordinate and evaluate our wide variety of services that include orthopaedic, cardio-thoracic, neurology, oncology, general surgery, medicine and rehabilitation. Providing an effective, high quality service is key and you?ll take a lead role in the support and development of the OT staff in your team.
Along with at least five years? postgraduate experience, you should have excellent leadership and communication skills. We?d also like to hear about your experience within a variety of clinical settings as you will manage a diverse caseload of patients with complex conditions.
