Job Description
As a large outer metropolitan hospital with 338 beds and more than 400 medical staff including VMOs this hospital offers a supportive and friendly working environment
Health care services include Emergency Medicine with an Intensive Care Unit, a Coronary Care Unit; Renal Dialysis Unit; Day Surgery Unit; Endoscopy Unit and Supportive Care Unit.
They also offer Anaesthetics, Cardiology (including an acute chest pain assessment service), Endocrinology; Gastroenterology; Neurology; Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology (including a Level II Nursery); Paediatrics and General Medical and Surgical Services (including Orthopaedics, ENT and Maxillofacial); Mental Health Services (adult and adolescent), Allied Health Services (Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Audiology and Dietetics), Oral Health, Pharmacy, Pathology and Medical Imaging including MRI Service.
We are looking for a Registrar or Principal House Officer (PHO) for their Emergency Department.

Requirements:-
Suitable candidates will already be registered with the AMC and the Queensland Medical Board and hold full working rights for Australia.
