My client is looking for an experienced counselling psychologist to ensure the accurate delivery of psychological principles across the clients Health programme in all aspects of their business. You will ensure that the principles are understood, incorporated and upheld at every level from initial Counsellor training through to Central Office staffs ways of working.

You will ensure all Counsellors are trained to the required standards allowing them to work successfully and safely with clients on their weight management journey working effectively with external psychological trainers.

After a comprehensive induction, mentoring and assessment the job holder will be responsible for the following:
A) Programme Development
· Design new psychological Programme content for future initiatives and further develop existing client activities
· Build on client and Counsellor materials developing new materials where required to further support the Programme
B) Training
· Model the psychological principles in all training design and delivery
· Be responsible for and deliver activity training for new Counsellors attending the clients Counsellor Cohort training alongside external trainers
· Be responsible for psychological support where appropriate during Cohort training
· Further develop and deliver continuous improvement of all Counsellor and staff psychological training

The successful candidate will have excellent training experience based on a CBT model and will have ability in understanding the needs of the business.
