Would you like the opportunity to work for an international pharmaceutical company specialising in the development and manufacture of pharmaceuticals?
My client is currently looking for a Bio-analyst to join the analytical process development laboratory to focus on the manufacturing of proteins and peptide-based medicines. Your main responsibilities will be to analyse customer samples using appropriate methods, which may need to be specifically developed and validated, and produce written reports when required. In addition, you will be responsible for the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation and the processing of any related laboratory documentation in compliance with cGMP
Applicants will be educated to a minimum of degree level preferably in a biochemical discipline and must have industry experience working with HPLC methods, spectroscopic techniques, ELISA?'s and SDS-PAGE. Industry experience working with proteins is also essential as is experience working to GLP/GMP and FDA quality standards.
