Description
Pulse Social Care is currently recruiting for Residential Support Workers. You will ensure the highest standards of support are provided to assist service users in overcoming the disabling effects of autism and other disabilities. Other duties will include planning and implementing support plans for service users to achieve outcomes in line with service user plans. Liaise with other external agencies and ensure the welfare and development of all service users is adhered to. The ideal candidate will have NVQ in Care Level 2 or LDAF/LDQ qualification, residential care, supported living and experience with people with learning difficulties.
