Description
Pulse is seeking experienced Senior Residential Social Care Worker to work within a residential setting for children with physical disabilities, Autism and Aspergers Syndrome. Candidates need to have an in-depth knowledge of Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Aspergers Syndrome and have a clear and consistent approach for dealing with obsessional behaviour and organise activities to provide opportunities for problem solving. You must be able to shift lead and work weekends, bank holidays and Nights. You will be required to maintain accurate and structured records relating to all aspect of care.
NVQ Level 3 advantageous
