Description
Pulse International is looking for a General Manager, for a new Healthcare Group in the United Arab Emirates. The group plans to develop and manage over 100 hospitals, clinics and medical centres in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, the Indian subcontinent and South East Asia over the next ten years/
Part of this huge development is a Health Centre and three primary clinics in Dubai and we are now looking for the right person to lead the Management Team for this part of the enterprise.
We are looking for an experienced manager with a strong background in Operations Management and proven success as a team member and communicator, with physician and employee relations and customer service. Experience in managing a Group practice or ambulatory setting or responsibility in hospital outpatient services is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree - in health care administration, business administration or related field is required and a Master?s degree would be an advantage.
Candidates should have at least 7 years' experience in health care, including 2 years at senior administrative level.
