Description
PULSE Scientific are pleased to be representing a rapidly expanding healthcare company that has a site on the M11 Corridor. Due to increased demand for their services, they now have a requirement for a QA Laboratory Technician to join their busy and diverse team.
Responsibilities will include:
?carry out environmental monitoring of the aseptic production unit
?carry out Gram staining (and other ID tests) in order to identify microbiological contaminants from the Unit
?carry out temperature monitoring of storage areas
?complete and maintain the relevant documentation which records the testing
?undertake other tasks and projects where necessary
EDUCATION, BACKGROUND & SKILLS
Ideally, you will have a BSc and/or higher degree in Biology/Biomedical Science/Microbiology.
Some laboratory and microbiology experience is desirable.
You must be fully competent in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel.
