Theatre Healthcare Assistants Required!
PULSE are delighted to be working alongside an independent private healthcare provider on an exciting new project in conjunction with the NHS. Due to a joint venture between two highly respected healthcare providers, PULSE are now able to provide our candidates with the opportunity to work within a new state of the art Treatment Centre.
Following a £100 million investment, this busy independent provider based within an NHS hospital in Southampton is now looking to expand their team. The unit will consist of two laminar flow theatres, three main theatres, two oral surgery procedure rooms and one scope theatre.
This new venture will provide a range of diagnostic and outpatient services, planned elective inpatient and day case surgery.
Theatre Healthcare Assistants who will have the opportunity to care for the following types of patients:
Orthopaedics
Ophthalmics
Urology
Oral
ENT
Gynae
General
Endoscopy
The unit will perform over 14,000 cases per annum and consists of 37-day beds, 22 inpatient beds and 11 consulting rooms.
Ideally, we are looking candidates with at least 2 years experience working as a Healthcare Assistant within the acute hospital environment and looking for a challenging yet extremely rewarding role. If you do not have theatre experience but have an interest to work within this setting apply now!
