Description
Pulse International is looking for a Director of Nursing for a 60 bedded Nursing Home in the south west of Ireland. The Nursing Home is situated in a delightful location and is part by one of the largest healthcare groups in Ireland.
This is a luxury Nursing Home with excellent facilities and offers a great opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on an interesting and rewarding role. An excellent salary is offered which is negotiable depending on experience.
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery of the highest standards or nursing and social care for all residents while conforming to Company and HSE procedures and guidelines. He/she will need excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills, be results driven and have the ability to motivate everyone in the team. An appreciation of finance issues is also required.
