Description
Our client is one of the largest providers of community, residential and health services in Western Australia, assisting over 39,000 people each year.
They offer a diverse range of services across metropolitan, country and remote areas of Western Australia. They assist people to maintain or regain their independence, care for people at home or simply enhance their life.
They are looking for up to 3 Physiotherapists with the following experience
- Community based so experience of this is desirable
- 2 – 3 years experience (post grad)
- Case management experience desirable as also dealing with Nurses and OT’s
- May need to provide non-physio intervention (all training for this will be given) i.e. assessing homes etc.
