Description
Our client is looking for a clinical Ward Sister / Charge Nurse with their Isolation unit. This hospital is part of the NHS Trust based in Basingstoke and offers excellent packages and benefits to their employers.
Main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the safe and effective operational management and isolation unit, ensuring that nursing is practised within the Clinical Governance Framework and creating an environment in which excellence in care flourishes through effective leadership and staff management / development.
For this role you must be fully NMC qualified and exercise effective professional leadership and maintain awareness of the individual needs of the nursing team. Previous experience is a clinical setting would be desirable but not essential.
