Description
Our Client are currently recruiting for Qualified Social workers to work in the community in the drugs & alcohol team.
You must have a least one years post-qualified experience in any qualified role.
You will support GP's in the community and woth other health professionals. Car driver required.
Knowledge of the legislative and policy framework governing work with the relevant service user group.
Understanding of and commitment to best practice in working with the relevant service user group.
Understanding of anti-discriminatory practice and the needs of diverse communities.
