Description
This Oxfordshire based biotechnology company specialises in the discovery and development of novel drugs for metabolic disorders. An opportunity has arisen an experience biologist to join an established team to cover a 6-12 month maternity leave.
As a medicinal chemist your key responsibilities will be the design and development of small molecules to assist with ongoing discovery projects.
Suitable applicants will be:
-Educated to degree level in a relevant chemistry discipline
-Have previous experience with the development of small molecules
-Experienced with parallel synthesis
Or
-Educated to PhD in a relevant discipline with related academic research experience
-Experienced with parallel synthesis
