Description
As a Branch Manager you will be running a team of between 2 – 3 people initially with a few to expanding the time in line with business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Act as a mentor and responsibility for the on-the job coaching and counselling of consultants.
·Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the business and represents the business to relevant outside bodies and institutions and individuals.
·Responsible for the supervision of their given team, delegating responsibilities and authority where necessary taking into account the ability of the individual concerned and their development needs. Review such delegation at regular intervals ensuring its effectiveness.
·Contract implementation and account management
·Ensure that high level of professional service is provided to the candidates and clients.
·Establishing a productive relationship with key client contacts
·Keep up to date with market activity and competitor activity
·Ensure that Senior Recruitment Consultants & Recruitment Consultants, source and record vacancy information, including details such as duties, working conditions, hours, pay rate and experience required.
·Assist Senior Recruitment Consultants & Recruitment Consultants with cold calling to establish details of current vacancies. Agreeing terms & conditions of engagement.
·Assist with establishment and development of the client database.
·Build and maintain relationships with clients, liaising with Group Marketing.
·Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, interfacing with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and Marketing function
·Prioritise own work and team member’s setting SMART objectives as and when necessary. Monitoring own and team member’s performance on a regular basis.
·Set clear standards of conduct and performance for the team and ensure that they are maintained and any deviations from standards are dealt with consistently across the division.
·Provide effective leadership, motivation and guidance to team as and when necessary
·Management of attendance and disciplinary process
·Hold regular team meetings and provide team with relevant information to enable them to work effectively
Essential Requirements
You will be from either a Travel Industry background or from a Travel Recruitment background with a minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in a consultant or management role.
Remuneration:
Basic salary starts at £33,000 (Tax Free) with an excellent first year OTE of around £75,000. In addition to basic salary and commission the company offer generous bonuses, car allowance, mobile phone/blackberry, and more.
