Experienced Senior Residential Worker required to join this expanding team within the London borough of Hillingdon

This is an ongoing temporary position.

To be responsible to the Head of care for the day to day management of the service users, giving guidance and setting examples to the staff team. To lead shifts and take delegated responsibility in the absence of senior managers to ensure the home meets all its requirements.

Experience Required:

- Previous experience of working with Adults with disabilities within a residential setting.
Desirable:
- Mandatory Training- Moving and Handling, Health and Safety, Food hygiene, Fire safety and first aid
- Current CRB - dated in the last 12 months
Essential:
- Medication Administration,rectal Diazepam and epilepsy training


An enhanced CRB will be carried out. Position subject to satisfactory references
