• Built and let over 250 new homes
• Modernised 66 existing homes at an average cost of £26,000 per home
• Carried out nearly 38,000 repairs.

Our development programme is the largest of any housing association in our core area of east London and Essex, where our ongoing programme has over 1,000 new homes in development, with a further 1,100 being planned.

The working environment is hugely important to us and we are currently building brand new offices, based in Stratford, east London, which will house the Group’s head office staff.
