We’re an approved supplier to the NHS and we hold contracts with NHS trusts, private hospitals, social service departments and local authorities nationwide. We also work with hospitals in Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.

Getting it right since 1987

When we started out all those years ago our main role was to provide temporary staff to cover holidays and sickness and, while we’ve moved with the times to meet new challenges, this is still a key part of our business.

Today Pulse provides a wide range of recruitment and bank management services to some of the largest NHS trusts and healthcare providers in the country – and we have proved that using an independent provider can save management time and be cost-effective, without compromising standards.

We have responded to the fast-growing demand for care outside hospital by investing heavily in the development of our community services.
